Recently purchased a used Peugeot 108 from West Way Birmingham. The service I received was excellent, communication was great at all times and the car was exactly as described. Buying a Nissan Intelligent choice the car had some advisories on the MOT initially and these were rectified before collection. I would also like to say that John was great to deal with, could not have done more for me and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

Overall FANTASTIC service from the start. Very professional, friendly & efficient Service MACIEJ and his team are wonderful and helpful Sales Staff, Went out of their way to ensure car was ready for prompt collection to the suitability. Not pushy at any point. Would definitely use them again and Recommend to others.

I collected my new car, Qashqai Tekna, on 9/8/22. The showroom staff were very friendly and helpful, and the person that actually handed the vehicle over. Gavin, spent over one hour taking me through all of the specs of the car.

Just purchased my first Nissan and was guided through the process with the cheerful Junaid (JD). There was no hard sell, Junaid understands that clients need time and space to think things through and arrange finances. Communication was excellent with regular calls and emails answering my many questions and providing progress updates. The collection of the vehicle was hassle free, Junaid was very efficient with all paperwork prepared in advance. He even synced my mobile phone to the car in seconds. So a massive thank you to Junaid. You are professional, patient, polite and you listen. Outstanding customer service that I won't forget. And the car is great too!

If you go to this branch, try and see Junaid (JD) in Sales. He is so helpful, nothing has been too much trouble for him. From follow up calls to check we were happy with our purchase, to advice, to after sales assistance! He really goes the extra mile to sort out any issues ! I'm sure the other Sales guys are lovely too but after dealing with Junaid, I would definitely recommend you try and speak to him. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Pretty annoyed that Google won’t let me give JD a 6 star review - 5 stars doesn’t cut it! Outstanding service from the first introduction (minutes before his shift ended!) until the final hand over! Whole process was done within 40 hours! No hard sell, communication was excellent and what would normally be a stressful time (me and cars aren’t friends) was made blissfully easy! Total credit to the team, deserves a holiday or at least an ice cream paid for by management!

Fantastic customer service from Junaid JD at Nissan Sutton. No hard sell but instead great insight and knowledge which made my experience feel guided with expertise. Many questions answered and great communication. I very much appreciated the little added touches on collecting the car and the overall friendly service. Thank you for a great experience!

Bought a used Qashqai, 3 years old, 12,000 miles which was sourced from another branch as I had specific requirements. Had exceptional service from Robbie. I felt really valued as a customer and the whole process was a pleasure. It felt like I was buying a brand new car and was treated as such. I would definitely recommend the Chester Road branch, in particular Robbie. Thank you, I am really happy with my car.
