What Is NissanConnect Services?

The NissanConnect Services app allows you to connect and control your car remotely from your smartphone. Imagine a world where you can connect to your navigation system with live traffic updates while listening to your favorite music via your streaming system. NissanConnect Services has all this and more. Even when you are away from your car, you can stay connected.

How to Get Connected

  • Sign in or register

Next, you need to create a NissanConnect Services account if it’s your first time using the app or sign in if you’re an existing user.

  • Enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) in the app

Once logged into the app, enter your VIN. You can find your 17-digit VIN located either on your vehicle registration certificate or on the outside of your car. This is placed on the driver’s side where the dashboard meets the windscreen. Once you have typed in your VIN, you should now be able to pair your car with the app.

  • Get the pairing code from your in-car screen

Turn on the infotainment system in your car, then: Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account information > Car Pairing Code

If the 'Account Information' folder does not appear you will need to ‘Edit Channel List’ and choose 'Yes', then navigate back to the 'Account Information' page.

  • Enter your pairing code to the app

Return to the app and enter the pairing code. It will confirm that your services are being activated. As soon as it's done, you're good to go.
