I don't recommend Nissan for anyone. This place sold me an approved used Nissan car in a poor condition. In first 10 months with only 1000 mile drive , the car encountered two major faults, broken exhaust and crack in anti-roll back rubbers. In addition I discovered they put a 1 mm depth spare tyre which illeagule to use. Customer support team is not responding to emails and calls. Extremely bad experince that I will never repeat again.

Went to test drive a car and bought it straight away. Gareth was so helpful as it was my first time buying from a dealership. He put my mind at ease and explained all of the finance options. He answered any questions I had and shown me how to operate all of the controls inside the car. I would definitely recommend buying from here.

David at Westway Nissan treated me with respect and has good hospitality.He acted professional and assured me my car would be well and proper fixed which makes me comfortable throughout my stay. However,Nissan make has always been my best since i started driving because i have never had issues with any of their cars. Nissan is as strong as the ROCK it drives very smoothly and would give you more confidence when driving. I do not think any other brand is as good as Nissan especially their JUKE. I love Nissan so much

The service I received from Richard Holland was impeccable and I could not have asked for anything better. He constantly kept me in formed with updates on the arrival of my new car. Arranged the collection of the car at a time that was best for me. Would definitely recommend Nissan west way Manchester to friends and family.

I am regular to this showroom. Always received awesome service at this branch. Today again visited. Paul and Dave helped me with my query. Fit me in to health check of my car within short notice. Absolutely legends both of them. Went extra miles to help me. We don’t see smily and helpful faces like them two everyday. Thank you so much Paul & Dave of your help.

Excellent service from James at Westway Manchester. From start to collection of the car, he made the extra effort which in my book is good customer service. He made sure that I was happy and made follow up calls as promised. Keep it up ;)

Customer service was absolutely Terrible to say the least. The sales man, James, would say he would call me back and he never did. I ended up going in store only to discover that my information was not even stored and I had to fill in a new form. I called a few days later and did not hear any feedback, a week went past again and I had to call him back to hear the progress of my order. I ended up changing my mind and going with a different car/dealer, even getting my refund is a struggle, he said he will call me back within an hour yesterday but I still haven’t heard back. Unconscious bias is a real thing… you can go to any other Nissan dealer but not Westway Manchester, customer service there is appalling

Great service until we sighed documents. Still waiting for the car which should of been last Wednesday!!! Update!! Sales Manager called us and apologise and as has investigated the Matter. He has compensated us and made a great recovery in customer service. It's great when a company can admit when they got it wrong and then apologise..

Really pleased with the service I received from West Way Manchester.Our salesman Gordon was extremely helpful keeping us updated with our delivery progress. I cannot recommend him highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him.

Took my car in because of a recall, staff were very polite and friendly. Was offered a drink whilst I waited. They even gave my car a quick wash and vacuum inside, which was amazing and they also did a quick safety check on my car and sent me a video clip; which was fantastic. They really go out of there way and give you so much more. I think I will go here next time I need to change my car. Amazing service.
