I'm very disappointed with the car as I feel I was misled when ordering. I loved my previous car so wanted the same spec. I was told that there was a year wait for a petrol car but if I ordered a hybrid or electric vehicle I should get it on time. The only drawback was that the car I wanted was available in petrol only. However, I was assured that the model I ordered was practically the same spec except for the heated seats and advanced cruise control.
When I collected the new car on Tuesday it became apparent that the new car lacked many of the features that I had because used to. For example, amongst other things, it lacks the 360 degree cameras, the Bose sound system and the overtaking sensors.

I Have recently purchased a car from West Way Wolverhampton, I dealt with Matt & what can I say he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, Matt made sure everything was just right with my car, everything I asked for wasn't a problem he constantly kept in touch with updates on the car, when I went to collect the car he was even helping making sure it was throughly cleaned to the highest standard!!

Rang service to quote for some servicing and maintenance work to be carried out and spoke to John.
John tells me I need parts department, I get put through and they explain I was right and transfer me back but then John doesn't answer his phone.
Both were polite and professional but if John doesn't know I need the service department for servicing then I'll take that as I dodged a bullet!

Great customer service, Kevin Lahert was really helpful & supportive. We were a little disappointed when collecting the vehicle as not all ‘nicks n scratches’ were addressed BUT I am assured that this will be sorted and I am in process of booking our car in. We are happy with the service thus far & happy that we came to Nissan directly this time. This is our 2nd Qashqai, love it

From start to end service provided by Shaun was pleasant, smooth, stress free. Shaun was very helpful, aknowledge, informative. He let us make our own decision without being pushy to buy a car. He has explained in details about Nissan service , warranty, answered all questions asked about car too. Atmosphere in Nissan Wolverhampton was cosy and pleasant. Staff was friendly. If we could , we would give a 10 stars to Shaun for all service provided, for customer care , for being honest , confident and professional in work he does. Thank you , Shaun! Neutral attitude. Went inside to request a car part, had to come back 3 times with no result. Wouldn't recommend... Don't matter why you came inside the dealership, customer service have to say it all. I was expecting more professionalism from such a big trader.

Today I collected my new 'used' car and am totally overwhelmed with the incredible service I have recieved start to finish. There was a large range of competitively priced cars and with the help of Laurence and Matthew I found the perfect one for me. The show room was bright and spacious, I recieved a warm welcome from smart, smiling staff at each visit, and good cup of coffee too. Matthew was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I didn't feel rushed at any point and found that the communication both verbally and via emails was perfect. I can not thank you all enough. You really made me feel at ease and I would highly recommend this dealership.

As a young female who doesn’t know much about cars and isn’t the most confident, I was amazed by how friendly and helpful all the staff where. The car salesman that dealt with me was named Kevin and I cannot recommend him enough. He did everything in his power to make it a good experience for me. I will definitely be going back again if I go for a Nissan again! Kevin you are a lovely bloke and I can’t thank you enough.

Went to just window shop for my next car, as soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Matthew who listened to our requirements and within minutes matched them to our new car. I cannot fault this team. It has been my easiest and most pleasurable car purchase.

A good all round experience. Staff friendly and professional ready to deal with any queries I had. The showroom is clean, bright and well laid out displaying the cars to their best advantage. I was kept updated throughout by email. and although I had to change my pick up date a couple of times it was not a problem. Good follow up to see if I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service with Nissan Wolverhampton, we had a good experience 2 years ago and this time our experience was excellent. It's great to see them implementing measures to strive for excellence. Our warranty was due to expire on our vehicle, we booked it in and Nissan discovered our suspension needed repair, we where well informed and told that the repair would take approx 2 weeks, We requested a courtesy car and one was available for us the very next day. To our surprise our vehicle was fixed within just 1 week. We have been looked after by Chris at this branch who kept us up to date and well informed throughout. During our visits we received great customer service, limited wait times and made to feel as part of the Nissan family. a very well job done, thank you!
