Contact Centre Advisor – Initially homebased
With a total of 14 Dealerships, West Way is the largest Nissan approved dealership group in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Contact Centre Advisor to join our dynamic and highly successful Contact centre team. This position is well suited to a person who is looking to join a leading innovative brand and further their career in the automotive retail industry.
Your role will be to capture all enquiries into our booking system, make contact with the customer to fully qualify their leads and ultimately secure appointments for our dealerships.
You will have the ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations, build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, understand and apply customer service techniques and to focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty.
Applicant will ideally have automotive experience, knowledge of RTC link is advantageous.
Weekend working rota applicable currently 1/2 in 4.
