Corporate Sales Manager
A leading car dealer group operating in the Midlands, Northwest, London, The Thames Valley and the Home Counties, we are now seeking a Corporate Sales Manager, to join our corporate sales team at West Way, part of Brayleys Cars Limited! The main purpose of this role is to contribute towards the Brayley’s Group Fleet commercial objectives by increasing the sale of vehicles to fleets, profitably and efficiently.

Tasks and responsibilities;
- Create and implement strategic plans to increase volume and profit with targeted true fleet subchannels, across our brands, in line with the Brayley’s Group Fleet Strategy.
- Nurture and build relationships with our leasing partners with a specific focus on the ‘end user’.
- Identifying conquest opportunities and proactively manage accounts to maximize customer purchases in-line with plan and budget.
- Manage key purchasing accounts and take responsibility for being the first point of contact with these accounts and calling on the collective efforts of Brayley’s Group Fleet to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work together with colleagues across the fleet team and more broadly to share learning and collaborate on customer/industry opportunities to maximize the fleet sales result in totality.
- Drive customer tender offers/submissions aligned with the requirements of the customer in conjunction with the wider Brayley’s Group Fleet Team.
- Maintain a high and effective level of customer contact through virtual and physical touchpoints – including such activities as customer appointments (virtual and physical), trade shows and customer events.
- Prospecting & Self-Lead Generation.
- Maintaining CRM Database.
- Liaise with manufacturer contacts and leverage relationships to maximize opportunity.
- Keep up to date with OEM products and industry knowledge.
Ideal Candidate
