Go Green, Go Electric - Why Drive A Nissan LEAF?

Here at West Way we understand that there are a number of things to consider when purchasing a new vehicle, whether it is a used or brand new car. With so much choice in the market, it becomes difficult to decide which vehicle will prove to be cost-effective,  display good quality performance and efficiency, environmentally friendly and as well as that; well let us be honest, what looks good on your driveway. In order to get a real feel for your potential car, sometimes a single test drive for an hour or so is just not enough. Buying a new car is a huge decision and here at West Way we want to help you make the right choice for you and your family. For that reason we are pleased to let you know that we are currently offering a FOUR DAY test drive with the Award Winning Nissan LEAF, so you can have a real experience driving on the electric side.

Here is what one customer at Basingstoke had to say:
“The 4 day test drive allowed us time to appreciate the Nissan LEAF driving experience. I am 5ft 1in, and I sometimes find it very difficult to achieve a comfortable driving position. The Nissan LEAF'S adjustable seats and steering wheel allowed me to find a comfortable position, with space to move my legs and provide all good all round visibility. The LEAF is immediately responsive to any change of pressure on the accelerator. This allows the driver to overtake swiftly and safely, and allows you to slow down without excessive use of the brake. A drawback would be the frequent need to recharge the battery, after 23 miles driving my battery went down by approx. 32%; a full charge may have lasted around 70miles. However, overall the Nissan LEAF is a please to drive, smooth, responsive and quiet. It would be ideal for someone who needed an eco-friendly car with low fuel costs, for short urban journeys and who has a garage where they can recharge the battery.”
