Car cosmetic plans - All you need to know.

When purchasing a car, it's most likely you'll be offered some sort of cosmetic maintenance plan - but what are they for? and are they worth it?
You want to keep your car in its best possible condition - and when you visit a garage or a dealership, you might be offered maintenance plans which could help you do this.

One of the benefits of purchasing a Cosmetic maintenance plan is that you are able to have work done to your vehicle without effecting your no claims bonus - making it an ideal way of keeping it in an excellent condition and looking like new. Our plans also mean that you won't experience any high insurance excess payments.

You may find that by paying for a cosmetic maintenance plan you will only be paying a fraction of what you would normally pay to fix any dents, chips, light scuffs and scratches caused by every day motoring. By ensuring that you are fixing any cosmetic issues with your car, you are also ensuring the value of your car when it comes to re-sale.

Generally, most Cosmetic Maintenance Plans that are offered have nationwide coverage within the UK, meaning you could easily walk into a variety of garages or dealerships and still receive the service you have paid for.

So... what is covered by Cosmetic Maintenance plans?

  • Minor dents

  • Scuffs to painted bumpers

  • Bonnets, roofs and tailgates if possible to repair to an invisible standard

  • Stone chips on bonnets, roofs & tailgates are weatherproofed

  • ...and more!
