    N-Motion Is Back! Let's welcome a new generation of Qashqai grades for 2020

    Nissan has adjusted the New Qashqai product line-up for its Model Year 20 (MY20) range . This is in direct response to Nissan customers, in which Nissan has reduced the complexity of the product grades, making it simpler for a customer to choose the right product grade for them.

Let's get into the changes:

The New Qashqai was once a 6-grade line-up that consisted of the VISA, Acenta Premium, N-Connecta, N-Tec, TEKNA and TEKNA+. It now offers a 3-grade line-up that includes Acenta Premium, N-Connecta (no with glass roof) and N-Motion.


If you know your Nissan models you'll have noticed Nissan has re-introduced the N-Motion. This grade has replaced the TEKNA grade. The TEKNA will be discontinued from production for all MY20 Qashqai models.

Tell me about the N-Motion:

This was a limited product, a special offering from Nissan for the MY19 Qashqai. It was first introduced into the Qashqai line-up in January 2019. This product grade offered a visual differentiation to existing grades.


On its return to the MY20 line-up, it's back with an addition. The SUV N-Motion grade now comes with the addition of Nappa leather seats, offering that luxury feel and comfort to the interior cabin. The N-Motion is the buyer’s choice when looking for the TEKNA or TEKNA+ grades.
