    On receipt and verification (in cleared funds) of the reservation deposit, the vehicle will be reserved for a period of 7 days.

    If no successful contact has been made with you regarding the reserved vehicle within 7 days of the reservation deposit being paid and received by us, West Way reserve the right to remove the vehicle as reserved and make available for sale to the general public.

    Yes, deposits are fully refundable should you change your mind.

    To request a refund of the reservation deposit, the dealership at which the vehicle is reserved must be contacted. These funds will be transferred back to the card that you used to pay the deposit.

    If you go on to purchase the reserved vehicle, the reservation deposit will either be refunded or; the vehicle purchase price will be deducted by the same value or; deducted from your finance deposit.

    When you choose a Nissan Intelligent Choice Approved Used car you'll feel like you're buying a brand new Nissan. When buying a Nissan used car, the following pledges ensure that your car is always protected. By purchasing a Used Nissan vehicle less than 10 years old or under 100,000 miles,* you can look forward to:



    DETAILED CHECKS

    On history and mileage, giving you peace of mind. An independent company will carry out checks to ensure the vehicle is not stolen, there's no outstanding finance, there are no mileage discrepancies and that the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). A thorough 100-point check and preparation process will then follow, carried out by a Nissan trained technician. Once all checks are completed, the Nissan vehicle will be granted Intelligent Choice status.

    MINIMUM 12 MONTHS WARRANTY

    With an option to upgrade to 24 or 36 months. As long as your vehicle is serviced in line with manufacturer requirement and is less than 10 years old and covered less than 100,000 miles, you can drive away worry-free with your Intelligent Choice vehicle.

    2 YEARS FREE SERVICING

    When you buy a qualifying Nissan Intelligent Choice used car on Nissan Finance* (13.9% APR Rep) 2 years free servicing and 2 years Free European Roadside Assistance. 2 years free servicing qualifies for vehicles up to 6 years old. 

    £275 DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION (13.9% APR REPRESENTATIVE)

    When you buy a Nissan Intelligent Choice qualifying vehicle less than 5 years old, you’ll receive £275 towards your finance deposit when you buy through Nissan Finance, subject to status
