    West Way is a leading car dealer group with dealerships covering the Midlands and North West. We have exciting opportunities for people-focused and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at our West Way dealership in Manchester. This position is well suited to a person who is looking to join a leading innovative brand and further their career in the automotive retail industry.

    Based within the Sales department, you will report to the Sales manager and work closely with all areas of Sales to achieve the needs and objectives of the business.


    • Ensure the West Way Sales experience is delivered to all customers
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
    • Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities using CA-A and telephone prospecting systems
    • Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period of time
    • Achieve the individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager
    • Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options and accessory sales
    • Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
    • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales (as required)
    • Ensure the showroom meets West Way standards

    • Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service
    • Full UK Driving License
