    Sales Executive – Rochdale

    A leading car dealer group with dealerships covering the Midlands and North West. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team; based at West Way Rochdale, part of Brayleys Cars Limited!

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Ensure the West Way Sales experience is delivered to all customers
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
    • Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities using CA-A and telephone prospecting systems
    • Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period of time
    • Achieve the individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager
    • Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options and accessory sales
    • Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
    • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales (as required)
    • Ensure the showroom meets company standards

    • Flexible with the ability to work weekends
    • Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service
    • Full UK Driving License
